- Overseeing and managing the day-to-day activities on the construction site, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to project timelines.

- Supervising the construction work to ensure it is executed according to the approved plans, drawings, and specifications.

- Ensuring that all construction activities meet the required quality standards and specifications.

- Enforcing safety regulations and promoting a safe working environment for all workers on the site.

- Material management planning and preparation of purchase requisition with standard specification for the procurement of project related materials.

- Preparing daily DPR (Daily Progress Report), weekly, and monthly reports, based on the progress of the project.

- Identifying and resolving issues or challenges that may arise during construction.

- To ensure the quality control of various materials involved in construction and the preparation of all types of technical and performance reports for civil work.

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation related to the project, including drawings, permits, and contractors purchase orders.

- Coordination with the contractors

- Reporting to the management for daily site progress of the project.

- Responsible for preparation of project planning, work execution schedule and implementation plan.

- Carrying out Building Construction work such as Admin Building, Canteen, OHC & QA/QC Etc.

- Managing Project Execution of Equalization tank, Primary & Secondary Clarifier, Bio Thickener, Chemical Thickener in ETP Plant.

- Managing operations for executing construction projects; conducting project feasibility studies and participating in project review meetings for evaluating project progress & de-bottlenecking.

- Preparing project schedules and monitoring projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns

and quality compliance to ensure execution of projects within the cost and time norms.

- Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the output.

- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordinating for site management activities.

- Formulating technical specifications & scope and deliverables, estimates and BOQ based on requirements generated during detailed engineering of the project.
