Role & Responsibilities:

Maintenance Management:

- Oversee and manage the maintenance of civil engineering structures and facilities.

- Develop and implement maintenance plans to ensure the longevity and safety of buildings and infrastructure.

- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of structures to identify and address maintenance needs.

Project Coordination:

- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to execute maintenance projects effectively.

- Ensure that maintenance work is carried out according to specifications, budgets, and timelines.

Problem-Solving & Repairs:

- Diagnose and resolve issues related to civil engineering infrastructure, including structural defects, wear and tear, and safety hazards.

- Supervise repair and refurbishment activities to ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Compliance & Safety:

- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations, safety standards, and building codes.

- Implement safety protocols and procedures to safeguard personnel and equipment.

Documentation & Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.

- Prepare and present reports on maintenance status, budgets, and recommendations for improvements.

Technical Expertise:

- Utilize knowledge of civil engineering principles and practices to address maintenance issues effectively.

- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in civil maintenance engineering.
