Civil Engineer/Structure Engineer (8-12 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:
1. Design, plan, and oversee Civil construction and structure fabrication and erection.
2. Analyze survey reports, maps, and other data for planning projects.
3. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
4. Prepare reports, designs, and drawings using CAD software.
5. Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress.
6. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders.
7. Perform structural analysis and calculations for load-bearing structures.
8. Recommend materials and construction techniques for cost-effectiveness.
9. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
10. Resolve construction / structure -related issues and provide technical guidance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor- s/Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 10 years of experience in construction, design, or structural analysis.
- Proficiency in Auto CAD, STAAD Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar software.
- Strong knowledge of building codes and industry standards.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with high-rise buildings, bridges, or industrial projects.
- Knowledge of BIM (Building Information Modeling).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
