Civil Engineer - Tower Construction - IIT (4-7 yrs)
MNC - Construction Manager for Malls/ Tower- Btech from IIT -civil and PMP certified - Mumbai/ Gurgaon
Qualification: Btech civil with PMP certification
Responsibilities :
1. Construction Management
2. Construction Coordination
3. Site Planning
4. Review construction drawings
5. Coordination with all internal teams such as Quality, contract, Business Heads, Liasion etc.
Key Role :
a. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
b. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
c. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
Mandatory : Tower/ IT or BPO Building/ Data centre building
