Position : Cement Project Engineering - Civil Engineering,

Qualification : BE (Civil) Full Time, ME (Structural) Full Time

Job Responsibility

1) Managing team of Engineers and Designers (work allocation, monitoring, guiding, quality control, BOQ control, etc) for Domestic and/or Global Jobs.

2) Plan and direct design and drafting personnel in generating general arrangements, and / or detailed fabrication drawings, rebar drawings etc.

3) Validating civil / structural design, checking drawings, Calculations, BOQ, etc prepared by team members.

4) Manage assigned budget, project schedule, and quality requirements.

5) Provide consistency in design throughout design group.

7) Supports continuous improvement and change management efforts, Engineering Productivity.

8) Prepare variety of complex engineering deliverables as per project requirements

9) Ability to manage all aspects of project life cycle.

Required skill set

1) Graduate or Post graduate (Civil / structural) degree in Civil / Structural Engineering from reputed, recognized University with 10 to 15 yrs. experience in analysis & design of Industrial structures in the field of Cement, Power, Material Handling plants using Indian and / or International codes (BS, Euro, US).

3) Possesses excellent skill in Staad Pro & concepts of Structural Analysis & Design.

4) Knowledge of international codes relevant to civil/structural discipline e.g. AISC, ACI, ASCE, EURO,SABS etc.

5) Abilities to make design recommendations based on sound engineering principles.

6 ) Independent reviews of design calculations/drawings prepared by others engineers/technicians.

10) Experience in RCC and steel design of buildings, silos, hoppers, bins, stacks, Conveyor galleries/Trestle/Transfer Tower/Crusher House etc will be an added advantage
