Job Description

- Diploma, And Any Civil Engineering Degree with minimum 0-4 years experience in High Rise Buildings And Road with reputed builders & Company.

- Able to make feasibility as per FSI.

- Knowledge of Primavera / MS Projects.

- Word, Excel, Should be able to read Auto CAD drawings.

- Age 18 - 48 years old.

- Ensure that Contractor submits/ jointly prepare with Contractor micro level implementation schedules based on the signed off construction plan

- Ensuring the following activities with respect to the site with assistance from the Site team appointed:

- Demolition of existing structure if any on the land and barricading the site.

- Excavation of the site

- Execution of the Project as per the agreed Construction plan.

- Check all received drawings with dimension before execution.

- Coordinate with contractor, Consultants to ensure smooth working of the project.

- Maintaining the Quality & Safety standards at the site

- Take measurement of work periodically and keep record of it; finalize the quantities of work at site.

- Ensure Compliance at site such that required documentation at site is maintained, reviewed and updated periodically

- Ensure that the record of received material, material payments on site is maintained as per Company formats.

- Escalate and discuss the practical/technical problems faced during execution with the line Manager

- Communicate all the necessary information to the juniors and encouraging them to get the best output from them.

- Ensure that there is no time overrun and project quality is met as per set parameters

- In case of any delays/ lags In RCC/ finishing works, jointly decide on the corrective action/ steps along with Project Co-coordinator/ finishing Co-coordinator

- Ensure that the same is executed on site

- Ensure adherence to Safety measures at site

- Ensure Process Adherence.
