List out constructional requirement of plant with consultation to Maintenance in charge / plant head..

Taking Measurement & prepare BOQs

Supervision of running contract works.

Quality Checking

MAIN ACTIVITIES

- Day to day co-ordination with user dept. (Respective Plant Head), understanding their requirements and fulfill it up to their satisfaction, timely preparation of Estimates and drawings.

- Ensuring execution and supervision of project & maintenance work within stipulated time and budgeted cost. Timely checking of contractors bills.

- Implementing LEAN construction methodologies in day to day work. Time to time and closely monitoring reconciliation statement of major materials and take appropriate actions to reduce wastage.

- Applying innovations in construction practices and implementing cost control techniques to reduce project cost.

- Preparing micro level planning for every activity in the project. Track the project schedule by using project management tools like MSP.

- Following, implementing and ensuring quality control methodologies for day to day construction activities.

- Recognizing hazards and ensures Safety measures on the activities, Removal of any unsafe conditions during working activity.

Reports Generation : MIS

Progress reports in form of Bar chart every fortnightly.

Pos vs Contractor payment report monthly.

Ongoing and New Project reports related Capital / Expenses.
