Job Description

The position exists to supervise all Project execution activities. It is responsible for Capex preparation, cost estimation, detailed engineering, preparing BOQ and floating tender for civil and structural work. Other responsibilities include new plot master layout creation, approve civil & structural drawings, workout on necessary infrastructure requirement for Project scope finalization and conduct execution with consultation of Execution lead.

- Diploma, And Any Civil Engineering Degree with minimum 0-4 years experience in High Rise Buildings And Road with reputed builders & Company.

- Able to make feasibility as per FSI.

- Knowledge of Primavera / MS Projects.

- Word, Excel, Should be able to read Auto CAD drawings.

- Age 18 - 48 years old.

- In case of any delays/ lags In RCC/ finishing works, jointly decide on the corrective action/ steps along with Project Co-coordinator/ finishing Co-coordinator

- Ensure that the same is executed on site

- Ensure adherence to Safety measures at site

- Ensure Process Adherence.

1) Preparation of BBS for Bridge & Retaining Wall& Cross Section of road work.

2) Preparation of work plan and Bar Chart.

3) Approvals taken from Client.

4) Supervision of work, quality Inspection and Safety .

5) Maintaining Daily, Weekly & Monthly Record & Report.

6) Quantity surveying and billing certification of work executed at site.

7) Responsible for forecasting of requirement of material and managing sub-contractor, Labour contractor and departmental labour involve in various activities
