Civil Site Engineer - Construction (0-3 yrs)
JD :
- To manage parts of a construction project, providing technical advice, supervising staff on site and ensuring that their packages are completed on time and within budget.
Responsibilities and Duties :
Report to : Head - Technical
- To manage parts of construction projects
- To check technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly and implemented at site
- Overseeing building work
- Manage the day-to-day activities in Project sites
- Undertake surveys
- Setting out sites and organising facilities
- Supervise contracted staff and check and approve the bills on daily basis
- Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff, especially quantity surveyors and the overall project manager
- Provide technical advice and solving problems on site
- Prepare site reports and filling in other paperwork
- Liaise with quantity surveyors regarding material requirement and submitting the material requirement with sufficient lead time.
QUALIFICATION : BE /DIP CIVIL
EXPERIENCE : 0-3 YEAR
