Qualification : Degree in Civil Engg (5 to 7 Yrs of Exp)
Experience :
- Should have worked in green field projects with experience in costing of various Civil finishes and Bill checking experience
- Should have experience of work in Pharma companies where he has undertaken civil work for Clean room partition, Epoxy flooring, Kota stone flooring as well as repairing/ maintaining of facility
- Should be able to handle vendors for Painting, False ceiling jobs, Anti-corrosive treatment, Glass paneling work, drainage jobs etc.
