Position: Site Supervisor
Experience: 0-5Year
Qualification: Diploma/Degree (Civil)
Job Location: Delhi/NCR
Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for the day-to-day operations of build sites, including leading and managing crew leaders, volunteers and future/current homeowners on specific construction tasks. Volunteers will have varying levels of construction experience and skills and so they must be mentored and supervised closely.
2. Deliver consistent and high quality work utilizing industry standard methodologies and materials.
3. Coordinate with Project Manager on all sub-contractor scheduling and material ordering.
4. Monitor and supervise sub-contractors on the site.
5. Ensure build site has tools and materials needed for day's task
6. Responsible for taking deliveries of materials and supplies; ensures all tools and materials are maintained and safeguarded.
7. Directly responsible for the signing off of permits and inspections.
8. Review and offer suggestions to the project manager's schedule and implement with little or minimal direction.
9. Available after hours, as is reasonable, for emergencies.
10. Operate and maintain all company vehicles.
