Civil Supervisor - Highway Construction (3-10 yrs)
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Ensure project deliverables meet the agreed standards & quality.
2. Working closely with all the department for smooth and quality output deliverable.
3. Support the regular design and discipline meetings and participate in sharing cross-discipline information, supporting the benefit by design and Industrialized construction initiatives.
4. Ensure all technical work is undertaken to the correct standards & specifications.
5. Be responsible for maintaining quality and consistency of all technical documents.
6. Work with the relevant technical team to ensure that all technical deliverables are properly checked and approved.
7. Communicate effectively at all relevant levels to ensure that the need to deliver technical excellence is understood and implemented.
8. Escalate issues that may impact on time/cost/quality to the next level immediately.
9. Liaise closely with project head within the project to provide technical guidance & explore opportunities for out-performance from technical innovation
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications : ITI / Diploma Civil
EXPERIENCE : Work Experience of 2 to 5 years(In Highway Construction)
