Club House Manager (4-10 yrs)
Direct Responsibilities and Duties :
- Staffing and Scheduling of the shift and allocation of duties.
- Implement systems and procedures that achieve higher cost efficiency, resident satisfaction and revenue management as per the periodical mandate.
- Facilitate learning and development for all the team members of the clubhouse.
- Manages the overall retail activities of the Clubhouse.
- Performance Appraisal/ Management of the staff in the department.
- Develops an operating budget for all the retail format- s; after approval, monitors and takes corrective action as necessary to help assure that budget goals are attained.
- Assures that all standard operating procedures (SOP) for revenue and cost control are in place and consistently utilized.
- Helps plan and approves internal marketing promotion activities for the Saloon and SPA.
- Attends club House Committee meetings and ensures integration and coordination of all social activities are conducted.
- Assures that effective orientation and training for new staff and professional development activities for experienced staff are planned and implemented.
- Inspects to ensure that all safety, preventive maintenance and other standards are consistently met.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures for food and beverage departments.
