Job Description:
1. Drive Uptimes for All OpCos. RCA of outages and prepare corrective action plan to avoid repetitions.
2. 100% Site Automation and Alarm integration with NOC. Alarm & Metering correction at Site
3. 100 % compliance on in-house / vendor PM
4. Drive energy management across all sites by ensuring 100% Compliance on Log card, site wise analysis of DG/EB/BB running and energy cost and cost reductions plans, re-connection of all EB disconnection within SLA, timely collection and payment of electrical bills, liaison with EB authorities to avoid disconnection and improved EB availability etc. thereby optimizing energy cost.
5. Drive site visit as per SAMS and non financial punch point closure
6. Opex management - zero breakdown delivery for cluster to optimise OPEX. timely submission & validation of vendor invoice and payment for better delivery from vendor, keep AMC performance track w.r.t. SLA, identify regular scope for security head count reduction, minimize rental cost etc.
7. Sites landlord access management
8. Sites quality and process compliance
9. Maintain asset master of all sites and ensure proper handing over of sites from deployment team
10. Train technicians on various technical activity at sites, employee discipline & integrity
11. Adherence to safe work practices to ensure site and personnel safety
