CNC Operator (0-1 yrs)
Position : CNC Lathe Operator
Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engg/ ITI
Location : Shahpur, Thane
Experience : 1 Years Experience as CNC Lathe Machine Operator is must.
Salary : As per industry norms
Job Description :
- Monitoring and operating CNC (computer numerically controlled) lathe machines to cut metal parts.
- Developing instructions for a computer controller based on drawings.
- Downloading the program and performs test operations to ensure the product is made to specifications
- Production, running the machine and monitoring it for problems
- Operator to load material and calculate the amount of material to be fed into the machine
- Make adjustments to the operating speed based on vibrations and sounds that may indicate a malfunction
- Operator to inspect the machined part to make sure that it matches specifications
- Operators to clean and maintain equipment
- Ensuring that all the required parts for assembly are present.
- Marking cutting lines on material.
- Ensuring that all parts are properly fitted, aligned and screwed in.
- Ensuring that quality control standards are met.
- Maintaining a production schedule.
Shift : Day shift / Night shift
