- Must know to read engineering drawings.
- Must have CNC and VMC programming knowledge.
- Must have tooling's knowledge.
- Must have CNC programming knowledge.
- Must have Turning Lathe, Maintenance and Shift Supervisor
- Must handle manpower in assigned shifts.
- Should have - Team Leader Qualities- to lead a team.
- Must know about production related documents and follow up the production.
- Must follow the dispatch as per commitment.
- Basic Mathematics knowledge.
- Must know about measuring instruments.
