JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: -

Capable Handling of 33kv Incoming HT/ LT/ Control panels and entire supply management

Ensuring operation of Plant, Power supply by MSEDCL, DG, Compressor, Fire pump station, Water station, general plant utility maintenance, lighting, ETP/STP, Propane/HSD/Oil storage yard area maintenance .

Capable of handling paint shop equipment preventive & scheduled maintenance.

Operational Support and scheduled maintenance of Assembly & Fabrication shop Equipment & line ( Spot weld /MIG/Lazer cutting/ Press bending )

Maintaining Plant utilities up and running, services, Support function, offices infrastructure, HVAC, plant ventilation system, lighting, water, ETP/STP / Propane yard and other ICT support services

Assisting in the auditing of WCM resources Management and ensuring the compliance of the work.

Assisting in the compliance with MSEDCL/ MIDC / Fire & Explosive along with plant EHS & other legal depts.

Conducting the internal audits, Identifying areas of improvement, recommending process improvements & plant maintenance cost reduction year on year basis.

Providing Autonomous/ Preventive maintenance training, Zero breakdown & MTTR /MTBF to maintenance team, Operation specific & contractor people.

Tracking & Improving on breakdown .

Establishing, maintaining & testing critical plant equipment like fire station drills.

Participating in the design of new facilities or major revisions of existing manufacturing locations.

Ensuring that Plant maintenance ( E&M ) schedules, spares planning, breakdown management ( BMS network ) and budgeting of revenue and capital requirement along with plant team.

Working along with Cross functional team, Motivating and achieving KPIs of plant

Qualification, Age and Experience: -

Professional Qualification :

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience 1. Minimum 10-12 years of leadership/managerial experience within the Electrical & Mechanical Maintenance of complete plant, Utility, Assembly line, Paint shop equipments and fabrication shop.

2. Proven leadership and teamwork skills with demonstrated abilities to both work collaboratively and influence those with whom no formal hierarchical relationship exists.

3. Highly developed interpersonal communications skills and cultural sensitivity. Demonstrated highly effective platform presentation skills and raining delivery skills.

4. Highly effective written and verbal communications skills that can used with people of various backgrounds, experience, and education levels.

Age : 32-36 Years

Qualifications/Skills :

- Plant Maintenance Planning, Shutdown planning.

- Hands-on experience on electrical HT/LT work .

- Actively participation in WCM/ AM/PM/TPM .
