Community Leader - Safety/Security Operations (7-25 yrs)
Candidate Must Worked in Africa, Nigeria or Surrounding location
1. Ensure smooth acquisition and entrance to the site
2. Handle land matters including acquisition, crop compensation - Lead process of acquisition
3. Attend all major community meetings personally (not sending assistant)
4. Try to plan meetings ahead with Local Authority (What is the purpose of the meeting and why if money required)
5. Coordinate with all security agencies & ensure proper work ethic
6. Make sure that all truck exports leave State safely & securely
7. Monitor and prevent illegal construction of buildings with 1km of our mines/tailings dam
8. Monitor illegal mining and work out solution to work with miners
9. Reduce theft from site
