Compliance Lead - EHS (8-10 yrs)
- To provide training, monitor and control contract work force to comply company's Safety standards.
- In addition to above job holder will support in gap analysis and implementation of GES standards on safety e.g. machinery safety, HAC, LOTO, ZAG etc.
- To coordinate execution of necessary systems, processes, procedures and training for compliance improvement & sustainability.
Qualification & Experience :
An engineer with 8-10 years experience at shop floor in a construction or engineering industry with minimum 3 yrs experience as a contractor safety engineer.
Knowledge
- Knowledge of Engineering standards- GES/ETCM etc.
- Knowledge of EHS safety standards & RA tools
Technical Skills
- Able to do Risk assessment
- Able to develop activity specific check list and develop standard work
- To evolve situation specific solutions to reduce complexity without compromising with standards
- Able to do GAP analysis with respect to standards of safety
- Able to develop modules communicate with shop floor
- posses basic knowledge of the engineering activities, especially site operational engineering and compliance requirements
