Construction Manager (8-15 yrs)
We have following client req. for role of Construction Manager @ Mumbai / West India
Experience : 8-14 Yrs.
Job Role :
- BE/B Tech Civil
- Exp in Global PMC's /IPC's will be +
- Sound Exp in Project Planning, Scheduling, Execution for Finishing & Interior Fit-out works
- Execution of the project (i.e. Material, Manpower, Equipment & Tools Tackles)
- Respect for the costing & for the timing for all construction in Given Zone
- Execute the project within the Parameters of Time, Cost, Profit, Quality, HSE & productivity
- Coordination with various Agencies, Contractors, Vendors, Core Project Management Team & other Departments.
- Prepare Control, Estimate & Track Actual expenses with control estimate on monthly basis
- Coordination with External & Internal Architectural Team for timely Receipt of GFC, Working drawings & Design changes
- Project Finishing, Interior FitOuts & Customization per global benchmarks of company
- Plan, organize& direct activities concerned with the construction
- Prepare & submit budget estimates, progress & Cost Tracking Reports
- Sound communication skills.
- Good in MS Project / Primavera
