- Advise on the technology of Cocoa Chocolate Manufacturing
- Work out its cost economics
- Advise on Product Design
- Suggest the appropriate Manufacturing Equipment for a particular capacity
- Suggest Manufacturing Equipment suppliers
- Detail out the Raw Material required along with their detailed specifications
- Detail out Packaging Material required along with their detailed specifications
- Select the appropriate manpower & train the same
- Supervise Installation & Commissioning of the plant
- Conduct trial runs of production
- Regularise the production, set up quality checks & inspection procedures
- Help the marketing team to convince market about the product qualities
- Hand over the complete set up to regular team
