Contract/Facility Manager - Vendor Management (4-10 yrs)
Job Description :
- Review SAP service requirement, Technical scope as per tender & site condition.
- Request for quotation to subcontractors.
- Techno Commercial sheet preparation and sharing same with project coordinator.
- Negotiation with help Project coordinator / Head projects.
- Price Negotiation and/ or reverse auction as per SCM guideline
- Ensuring Technical Compliance by vendors as per Design Comments
- Technical Deviation, if any, from vendor is to be approved by D&E
- Inventory check with Central store and subsequently Issuance of LOI / PO to vendor
- Finalized the Scope matric, schedule of rate. Contract summary.
- Finalized SCC & GCC of Supplier & subcontractors.
- Subcontractor evaluation and categorization
- Kick of meeting with subcontractor
- Knowledge of GST, Labor compliance, Taxation.
- Subcontractor management system - Portal development
