6. Complete tendering and Contract process, designed to identify the competent contractors for achieving the project delivery with the desired quality within approved budget and within stipulated timeframe.
7. Evaluating the Bill of Quantities with respect to the technical specification of the items, product specifications, make list of the materials and preparation of tender document for the requirement in the standard specific format.
8. Preparing technical & price comparison and rate analysis as per market rates, Negotiations of rates and finalization of rates with the vendor.
9. Preparing Approval Notes for awarding contracts, by capturing user department's requirements.
