Contracts Manager - High Rise Buildings (10-15 yrs)
We have an opening for Contracts Manager with one of clients in Cochin
QUALIFICATION :
- Degree in Civil engineering discipline from a recognized university.
- Proficient in English.
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 10 years of experience in high rise buildings.
JD :
- Shall have sound commercial appreciation and judgment.
- Adept in conducting formal meetings, summarize and close-out pending issues
- Shall possess the ability to manage multiple projects and multiple issues simultaneously.
- Good interpersonal & communication skills.
- Shall be able to form, smoothly interact and motivate a team of staff members.
- Collating contract document and proactively gathering and processing relevant data for effective contract management
- Developing effective working relationships with contractors
- Assisting with service reviews and actively following issues through until satisfactory resolution
- Generating reports on various aspects of supplier performance against contractual requirements and feedback to the internal system
- Production of contract documentation and change controls and ensuring timely signature by authorized personnel
- Providing support for PM's where needed.
- Ensure site team compliance with Company commercial policies and procedures
- Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team
- Ensure a commercial plan and end of life forecast is in place and monitored monthly for the successful commercial delivery of the project
- Produce and analyses progress reports, updated costs, and forecasts
- Ensure correct commercial engagement of subcontractors Implement the risk management process, review risk register and check risk controls.
