Cooling Engineer - Refrigeration Engineering (2-8 yrs)
KRA :
1. Design, development of Refrigerator cooling system
2. Prototypes, testing & analysis of the test results
3. Maintaining Design documents for future reference
4. Support and contribution in corporate/business initiatives viz., Cooling claims, Business Excellence, PMO, etc.
Job Description :
1. Understanding needs, design components considering manufacturability and cost as per the guidelines provided by Design Team leader
2. Preparing the configurations considering various parameters like heat load, CFM, compressor, evaporator, condenser, etc.
3. Documentation of all learnings, results, etc. in appropriate format for future reference.
4. Interacting with NPD and Manufacturing & Quality teams for project specific issues
Essential :
- 5 years experience in Refrigeration cooling domain.
- Exposure to work on DC & FF Refrigerator
- Thorough knowledge of Refrigeration cycle.
- Experience in design of Refrigerator cooling circuit, compressor selection, heat load calculation, air flow management, etc.
Preferred :
- Experience in CFD analysis, Foam chemical properties, Airflow measurement (CFM) etc.
- Knowledge of Testing standards (IS, ISO, etc.)
