QA/QC of multiple projects simultaneously.
1. Effective implementation of quality policy throughout the organization and amending quality manual & system documents, monitoring quality objectives etc.
2. Supporting the corporate management in preparation of quality system procedure for other departments, NCR closure and monitoring, imparting training, award schemes, value creation & innovation, automation lessons learnt, close out dossiers etc.
3. Conducting internal & external audits as per audit schedule, publishing monthly reports etc.
5. Annual audit plan preparation, root cause analysis and to identify the process gaps in QMS & providing tender support.
6. Suggesting corrective & preventive measures for improvements and automation techniques.
7. Conduct training programs & awareness sessions on Quality Management.
8. Evaluation of QMS performance, Quality Performance Indicators-QPI & and accessing the price of non conformities.
9. Conducting management review meeting to focus quality related issues and getting customer feedback for quantitative evaluation.
10. Carrying out audits in sub contractor premises such as batching plants, precast yard, fabrication shops, and other related production facilities.
11.Co-ordinate & communicate with the Certification Body with respect to Certification Audit and Surveillance Audits.
- Controlling and monitoring the site construction activities as per client's specifications.
- Preparation of Quality related documents as per clients- requirements .
- Coordination with various sites and arranging suitable IMTE, relevant Codes & Standards and inspection personnel.
- Over all implementation of Contract Quality Plan as per the requirements of the client, conducting monthly quality meeting and deployment of QA/Qc manpower as required at the site, Independent testing laboratory & NDT Coordination and carrying out inspection and testing as per requirements.
