Costing Engineer - Heavy Engineering (2-6 yrs)
2-6yrs of experience in core manufacturing industry.
- Expertise in Manufacturing Process planning and Assembly process planning along with In-depth knowledge on Time Estimation for various manufacturing related tasks.
- In depth knowledge on Product Costing Methodology, Industrial engineering practices, Manufacturing Engineering practices etc.
- Detailed knowledge on industry materials costing, machine rates, operations and processes such as forging, casting, welding and plastics injection molding
- Hands-on experience on Should Cost estimation tool (like DFM costing, aPriori), CAD Tools (such as UG, CATIA, Pro/E).
- Well verse with GD&T, ability of reading part and assembly drawings.
- Expertise with products in Heavy Engineering Industry
- Hands-on Experience on Shop Floor Activities, Tool room experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with suppliers, management and customers.
- Experience on coordination, out-sourcing and business development.
- MS Office and computer proficiency
