Crest - Executive Assistant (1-5 yrs)
About the role:
Do you want to be part of our journey? Here is one. You can be an Executive Assistant to the Founder & CEO.
- As an EA, you will work closely with the Founder & CEO on strategic and tactical actions.
- Assist in create-update-follow up of processes. Help in collecting and organizing data, interpret them and follow up on actions.
- Help with meeting appointments, travel, email follow-ups.
- Assist in creating materials for internal and external presentations.
- Communicate with senior leaders in the company. Also talk to external stakeholders including vendors, customers, and partners. You must be willing to travel if required.
Know what it takes to be considered for this position?
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar position.
- You have a flair for good communication, written and verbal.
- You are familiar with office software tools - PowerPoint, Word, Excel, email, instant messengers, video meetings. You have worked in a start-up environment. You can also speak English, Kannada and Hindi.
- It will be an added advantage If you have an exposure to working in CSR related activities.
