Cushman & Wakefield - Project Engineer - Civil (3-6 yrs)
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
1. Supervise daily activities at site mainly concentrating on structure works
2. Assist Project Manager in execution of activities
3. Execute work at site as per the drawings and specification
4. Coordinate with contractor ensuring quality of execution with safety and timely completion of job as per schedule.
5. Monitor of services contractors work.
6. Reviewing and clearance of Formwork and Steel.
7. Assist QA/QC - in charge ensuring quality parameters are met
8. Prepare MIS report (Daily report)
BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE :
2 to 3 years in the field residential projects working with Developer/PMC. 4 -5 years of experience (for candidate with Diploma degree)
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
High School Degree with B E Civil or Diploma Civil required. Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred. Prior related experience preferred.

Supervisory:

- Ability to speak, read and write in English and local language.
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

- Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles.
- Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.

- Requires basic analytical skills.
Other:
- Intermediate skills with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge and experience with current construction methodologies
