Cushman & Wakefield - Project Manager - MEP (8-12 yrs)
a) Should have knowledge of project management process and implementation methodology and should have experience in Hospitality industry (at least one cycle)
b) Should be able to read and understand interior drawings and details along with MEP drawings
c) Should have knowledge of materials and installation techniques
d) Has executed large volume hard finishes works including superior finishes
e) Specialisation in Interior Works for Guest Rooms / Public areas / High end branded residences such as false ceiling, wall claddings, punning, painting and furniture related works.
f) Expert in coordinating and sequencing of finishing works leading up to final fixing
g) Expertise in usage of stone, engineered stone, vitrified tiles and any other associated hard finishes for development of 5 star category Hotels or equivalent hospitality industry
h) Ability to learn and be a team player
i) Knowledge of project management process is an advantage, however not a must
j) Able to work with multiple agencies and Coordinate of works in a sequential manner
k) Adherence to strict EHS requirements
