Custiv - Project Manager - Precision (5-7 yrs)
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Title: Project Manager
Role Overview:
The Project Manager is responsible for the seamless coordination and timely completion of production projects. This role involves overseeing all aspects of project planning and execution from inception to completion. The Project Manager will establish deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and report on the progress of projects. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including precision machining, die casting, investment casting, forging, sheet metal fabrication, and structural fabrication, is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Delivery: Ensure projects are delivered in line with customer expectations and timelines.
2. Budget Adherence: Strictly manage project budgets to avoid overruns.
3. Project Lifecycle Management: Oversee projects from the development stage through to production, ensuring all major milestones are met.
4. Vendor Management: Effectively manage vendors to meet company standards for billing, quality, and timelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Education: B.Tech/BE in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial and Production Engineering, or a related field.
2. Experience: Proven experience in the manufacturing field.
3. Skillset:
- Communication and organizational skills.
- Strong multi-tasking abilities.
- Proficient in planning, management, and leadership.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to define and implement effective processes and strategies.
- Proficiency in office software.
- Languages - Hindi, English (Preferred)
