Customer Coordination - Air Imports (4-8 yrs)

Job Description

- Should have handled / coordinated Freight Forwarding assignments of Freight Forwarders and not coloaders, NVOCC & liners.

- Strong Pricing and Customer Coordination first preference and Documentation knowledge would be an added advantage in Air & Sea - Imports

Functions:

- Co-ordinating air & sea import shipments.

- Handle all the enquiries on time for the customers assigned to you.

- Handling other products, if required.

- Take care of documentations if necessity arises. Handle 125 shipments in a month.

- Train department people.

PROCESS IMPLEMENTATION:

- Help the operations team to implement the process through Logysis.

- All quotations to be entered in the system.

- Prepare handlign informations for top 10 customers in the first quarter.

- Spend 20% of the time for Logysis and give suggestions for betterment.

ENQUIRY MANAGEMENT:

- All enquiries to be captured in the system.

- Handling 125 shipments shipments in a month as per the customers allocated.

- Develop consols every week.

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES:

- Make the report as per the format given.

AGENTS EVALUATION:

- DO through evaluation fo the agents as per the format and submit the report to Branch head with recommendations. PEOPLE AUDIT:

- Do a detailed study of the people of their department and give report to branch head about his areas of improvements.

OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCIES:

- Make the report as per the format given.

AGENTS EVALUATION:

- DO through evaluation fo the agents as per the format and submit the report to Branch head with recommendations. PEOPLE AUDIT:

- Do a detailed study of the people of their department and give report to branch head about his areas of improvements.

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION and SALES SUPPORT:

- Visit customers along with sales team to evaluate customer satisfaction level.

- Be a part of monthly branch meeting and involve actively with data.

- Follow up on outstanding and ensure it is within the agreed limits.
