Customer Relations Officer - Breakdown Service Complaints (1-6 yrs)

Position Summary:
- Receive inbound Warranty, AMC and breakdown service complaints direct from customer as well as from client Call Center/SOMS
- Register complaint at front desk complaints register (or computer system), check if customer and equipment data is recorded in system and transmit complaints to service back-office
- Ensure that complaints received directly are mirrored at the client call centre
- Update register to record status of jobs Identify, research, and resolve customer
Issues using the front desk computer system if possible
- Follow-up on customer inquires not immediately resolved
- Attend to call logs and reports as required
- Interact with Service Department to ascertain status of the complaint.
- Generate customer thank you letters, send greeting cards etc.
- Get to know the organisation's key customers with the purpose of personalising
Communications to them
- Make statistical reports regarding handling of complaints
- Graduate in any discipline with minimum 2 to 6 years of experience.(Preferably in HVAC and Fire Fighting contractor side)
