Customer Service Engineer - Construction Project (2-4 yrs)
Technical Support and Inputs :
- Understand Sales and Marketing Plans for Superior
- Provide Technical Support to Consumers, Dealers and other Employees of the Organization On Product, Architecture and other Related Activities.
- Conduct Site Visit as per Requirement from the Customers and Advise Them On Structural Best Practices.
- Guide Customers in Getting Design Details for Their House Construction.
- Conduct Workshops or Presentations for Customers to Enhance Their Awareness On Good Construction Practices and Use of Material Etc.
- Regularly Visit Architects and Engineers Too
- Build Mutually Beneficial Relationships.
- Provide Inputs On Optimizing the Material
- Explain About the Benefits of Using
- Imparting Training to Masons and Bar Binders On Construction Practices.
- Support the Sales and Marketing Team in Responding to Complaints and Queries of Consumers.
- Regularly Provide Technical Insights to the Sales and Marketing
2. People and Self Development
- Regularly Conduct Knowledge Sharing Sessions to Enhance Product or Technical Knowledge of the Sales and Marketing Teams.
- Participate in Performance Reviews and other Knowledge Sharing Sessions.
- Incorporate Feedback Provided in Regular Day to Day Working.
3. Initiatives :
- Support Implementation of Initiatives for Improvement in the Current Systems and Processes.
- Oversee Any other Work as per Business Need as Communicated By the Superior.
