Customer Service Engineer - Medical Products (2-5 yrs)
Job Description :
- Our client is a a South Korean leader in IVD (in-vitro diagnostics) medical products.diagnostic reagents. This $45 Million company is looking for a dynamic Medical Customer Service Representative.
- A Bachelor in Electric or Electronic or Chemistry or Bio or Medical science (engineering with 2 to 5 years of experience in Customer Support or Technical Support or Sales experience in IVD (in-vitro diagnostics) medical products.
- His main responsibility is Provide technical service ((by phone, email or business trip) for customers claims.
- A candidate who is ready to travel across India, Sri lanka, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan and other neighboring countries.
- Must has to work in South Korea for 1 year and after 1 year of practical training,he will be shifted to India.
- Able to make business trip to other countries
