Customer Service Technical Expert - Automobile/Mechatronics (7-14 yrs)
We have an urgent role for Customer Service- Technical Support with a leading Automobile industry.
Looking for 7+ years of experience in handling technical queries of Customer's, dealing with dealers. Act as a technical support to the customer's.
Qualification : Diploma + BE, Automotive Mechatronics (Preferred).
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Technical development of Dealer technical staff, conduct technical audits.
- Screening of key technical profiles and confirming training nominations.
- Regular meetings with Dealer top management for workshop improvement, retention.
- Support Dealer technician for critical technical diagnosis.
- Complaint resolution via Customer meetings.
- Support product liability investigations, legal cases with technical inputs.
- New failure investigation and reporting to Central Technical Support team at HQ.
- Reduce customer complaints and increase CSI in a targeted manner.
- Support service campaigns, promotional events.
