Customer Support Engineer - Electronics (0-1 yrs)
Designation : Customer Support Engineer
Job Description : As a customer support engineer you will be responsible of front and backend support at the following service center.
- Repair accurately in Hardware and Software level. Ready for onsite calls too (onsite call volume is negligible).
- Providing face to face(at the center) & telephonic support to customers for technical assistance to customer.
- Responsible for operating according to the Company standard (policies & procedures)
- Responsible for completing repairs to the required standard and returns them within the designated period
- Should Ensure a clean and healthy work place.
- Responsible for other duties as assigned by manager as an when required
Skill Set :

- Can-do attitude
Qualification : B.tech - ECE/IT/CS (Priority wise)
Salary : upto 11k (Plus other benefits ESI/PF)
Note : Person should be ready to move as an when required.
