Customer Support Engineer - Equipment Maintenance (1-6 yrs)
- The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for meeting the daily service and maintenance and repair needs of the customer's equipment. Establish and maintain proper business relationships with Customers.
- Basic Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance & repair of Startsays make 3d Printing equipment.
- Completing scheduled preventative maintenance and field modifications.
- Following standard procedures for proper escalations of unresolved issues to the OEM teams.
- Keeping up to date with administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service, logs, and internal service records in a timely manner.
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution & proper follow-up.
- Maintaining tools & test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.
