Customer Support Engineer - Spares Parts Management (1-3 yrs)
Purpose :
- Plan and modify products to meet customer needs and also explains about the products/services to the existing and prospective customers.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Offers of equipment's, services, spares
- Purchase order entries into system
- Sales order entries into system
- Payment follow ups with customers and respective engineer, if needed
- Dispatch details to customers and follow ups of purchase entries
- All back office activities.
- Must be good at building up the customer relation
- Must know how to deliver technical presentation
Communication skills :
- Must have good communication skills and patience to deal with the customers.
