Customer Technical Service - Textile (5-10 yrs)
Job Responsibility:
- Attends / Assist on quality complaints from Customers.
- Customer management
- Order and Inventory management
- Resolves the quality complaints of customers within specific TAT.
- Auditing of quality statistics
- Implementation of Quality Systems covering all stages of the production process
Personal Profile:
- Textile Engineering Degree in Materials and/or Chemicals or relevant studies
- Strong Quality management experience in cotton Yarn / Fabric dying / Polyster Yarn Dying Industry.
Experience:
Min 5 - 6 years of experience
