2. Role and Responsibilities :

This role leads Safety Improvement and WISE implementation at Factory level by setting the right behavioural, organizational and technical elements needed for a robust Safety Culture.

- He/she builds a Zero Risk mind-set for all Danoners and any external party working on site.

- He/she supports actively Factory Line Management to guarantee they hold their responsibility and accountability when it comes to Danoners and Contractors Safety.

3. Main Duties and Functions

- Ensure factory compliance with Safety regulatory and Corporate guidelines

- Coordinate WISE deployment in the factory:

- Lead the Wise Factory Committee

- Support Line Managers to hook Safety in their daily routines as well as in the implementation of WWBU Safety Standards

- Root a robust accident / incident / near miss investigation process led by Line Managers

- Support Line Managers to assess risk at work place

- Organize regular safety audits

- Align the Safety communication plan in the Factory

- Develop the yearly Factory Safety training plan

- Ensure Factory Safety KPIs reporting

- Collaborate actively in the Safety Manager network, sharing Best Practices, incident/near miss/ audit learning, and co-building new Safety standards

- Ensure consistency and constant update of Safety documentation on site

- Coordinate the budget needs regarding Safety Improvement for the Factory (cost and capex)

4. Organization/Reporting : The incumbent will report into Factory Manager

5. Job Specifications

Education : B.Tech and MBA (Operations)

Experience Needed (Professional) : 4 - 5 years experience working with reputed FMCG company
