Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Assembly Engineer to oversee and coordinate the activities of our assembly workers. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in managing production activities, ensuring high standards of quality and safety, and addressing any issues that arise during the assembly process.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly workers

- Train new staff in assembly operations and processes

- Schedule production operations and assign workers to specific tasks

- Ensure workers use appropriate tools and follow safety regulations

- Monitor production output and quality

- Address any issues that arise in the assembly process

- Ensure the accurate tracking of all production data

- Manage and oversee production activities

- Be well-versed with machining parts, bearings, assembly procedures, and alignment checking

- Use measuring instruments to check precise dimensions

- Ensure production targets are met

- Maintain high standards of quality and safety

- Organize shifts

- Monitor the performance of workers

- Deal with any customer complaints

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory role within an assembly environment

- Strong understanding of machining parts, bearings, assembly procedures, and alignment checking

- Proficient in using measuring instruments for checking precise dimensions

- Proven ability to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety

- Excellent organizational and shift management skills

- Ability to monitor and improve worker performance

- Experience in addressing and resolving customer complaints
