Decorpot - Operations Manager - Interior Design (3-8 yrs)
Designation : AVP Ops.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Directly report to the CEO for updates and approvals
- Lead a team of 40+ team members of Project Managers and Site Supervisors
- Demonstrating the ability to take initiative and interact with all levels of the team
- Evolving the team and have a passion for growing staff within the organization
- Optimizing and managing the request, which contributes to the delivery of value to business aligned with best practices and standards
- Developing strategic plans to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations
- Providing innovative initiatives in managing the flow of day to day operations of the Execution and Implementation
- Leading the Operations for the Interior Design Implementation and Execution
- Collaborating with the team, business heads and management to uncover pain points and opportunities to accelerate the delivery of new values
Prerequisites :
- Ability to manage large teams of approximately 40-50 people
- An entrepreneurial spirit and comfort working within a rapidly changing business environment
- Strong verbal and written communication with the ability to effectively articulate and communicate vision, possibilities, and outcomes across all levels in the organization
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Team-orientation with an ability to work on multiple projects at once
- Demonstrate the ability to take the initiative and interact with all levels of the team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Work Experience : Min.3 years of relevant work experience in operations including team management
