10+ years- experience in Machine design preferably CNC Machine Tools, SPMs and Robotics in the area of Metal cutting and Metalworking is mandatory.
Good knowledge on CAD Tools- Solid works/ Pro E and any other design analysis tools is a must
Experience in selection of Motors, Drives, Ball screws, Timer belts and pulleys, rack and pinion etc.
Experience and knowledge on Turning/Milling/Flame cutting/Grinding machines
Design for Manufacturability and Reliability
Customer facing and able to handle team of 50+ people.
Should have worked in a design service company at least for 5+ years apart from a product company
People management and leadership ability
Self-motivated and shall be able to handle team independently
Good understanding on business operation aspects.
