Position- Demand & Supply Planner

Demand Planning :

1. Lead India S&OP demand rollup process: on a monthly basis, validate forecast clusters and statistical forecast and more importantly, facilitate the use of them; create and update CVC and master data i.e. DFP in APO; communicate rollup timeline and assumptions to Commercial for their sales forecast inputs; create 1-18 month demand plan in collaboration with Commercial Managers and Product Management, making demand adjustments based on outcome of Demand Reviews.

2. Review and analyze historical sales trends, evaluate forecast results, research demand change & inaccuracy drivers, measure forecast accuracy and its impact. Drive actions for improvement and stakeholder communication plan.

3. Support data analytics in Position Tracking Reviews and work with Commercial, Supply side and CS/Logistics to ensure execution vs Plan, highlight risks when necessary. Also, support data preparation for Demand Reviews and Operations Calls.

4. Lead operational initiatives such as Noryl recoding, Ultem allocation and demand tracking for specific segment, product and application.

5. Demand Planning data focal point for India to address data requests from other SCM stakeholders as well as cross SBU, function (e.g. E&BS, Product Management) and region both on regular and ad-hoc basis and cleanse demand data as required

6. Analyze demand planning related KPIs and devise appropriate improvement plans to meet performance targets and overall demand planning process improvement.

7. Backup resource for demand planners in RoA on training or holidays and participate in SCM projects where required

Supply Planning :

1. Lead, drive the India Supply Planning in CTM - Monthly & weekly rhythm, Work closely with peers, counterparts in other countries to support high fulfillment rate with closing gaps of Master Data (Quota, etc) and parameters settings.

- Drive correct supplies positioning in the pipeline for both FG and RM based on demand and Plan agreed & support adhoc and unforeseen request to meet sudden Customer expectations.

2. Champion communication with respective Stakeholders to mitigate risk, match demand and reduces supply gaps and report potential risk to the Business, monitoring risk to Fulfillment.

3. Supply Planning data focal point for India to address data requests or gaps & from other SCM stakeholders as well as cross SBU, function (e.g. E&BS, Product Management) and region both on regular and ad-hoc basis and cleanse supply data as required

4. Analyze and meet all Supply Planning metrics/KPI targets and improve overall planning process and accuracy.

- Backup resource for Supply planners in RoA on training or holidays and participate in SCM projects where required
