Deployment Engineer - Technical Support (3-6 yrs)
Job Description :
- Responsible for on-site installation, configuration, implementation, integration, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair, which may include hardware, software and networking products as well as operating systems.
- Serves as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters.
- Applies technical support expertise to resolve customer issues.
- Identifies and provides resolutions to technical problems.
- Basic to Complex Installation, including implementation such as system settings and RAID configuration
- Perform Software Integration
- Complex Break/Fix Support
- Complex Troubleshooting/Diagnosis
Qualifications :
- Intermediate Hardware Technical Advanced Professional
- 2+ years of related experience
- Bachelor's degree or technical certifications
- Fluency in English and/or Hindi
