Deputy General Manager/General Manager/Head - Operations - Agrochemicals Manufacturing Plant (20-25 yrs)
Our client is in to manufacturing of Agrochemicals
- To handle entire operation of the plant in the role of Plant Head.
- To ensure the production as per the Budget, plan & quality specifications
- Develop / Implement plans to produce pipe line products.
- Systems Improvement - Reduction of turn around time - Mechanization of filling & packaging - debottlenecking
- Dispatches of goods to customer within agreed timelines
- Planning raw materials, maintaining safety & comply with IMS procedures
- Reductions of Costs - Optimum utilization of Resources.
- Should be a Graduate in Chemical Engineering with 20 + years of similar Experience in Agrochemical/ pharma/bulk drug/API/Chemical Industry.
- Should be in the role of Plant Head for the last 5 years.
Location : Ethakota, East Godavari Dist. AP.
Telugu speaking is a must for this position.
