- Maintaining overall plant operation.
- New developments of components.
- Improving Plant performance for enhancing the turnover.
- Performing cost saving activities etc.
- Designing validation of design, trials & testing and commencing production along with handling related documents & formalities
- Developing production plans & schedules.
- Arranging resources to ensure achievement of targets as per budgeted parameters
- Managing overall production operations & ensuring accomplishment of pre-set targets
- Supervising the activities right from the conceptualization stage to the execution, involving finalization of technical specifications, scheduling, progress monitoring, manpower planning, etc.
