Deputy General Manager - Plant - Food Manufacturing (15-25 yrs)
- Will be responsible for 2 Plants & upcoming Projects.
- Manufacturing Performance Management & Optimization of the asset base and its utilization to fulfill the business plan and provide customer satisfaction through new technological developments and improvements and supplier management programs.
- Implementation of systems, procedures and processes to manage product quality and minimize the costs of non-conformance.
- Development and achievement of the synergy between technical and human capabilities to maximize manufacturing performance.
- Responsible for planning engine and all ERP activities related to production.
- Implementation of policies and systems allowing company to meet its commitment to product safety, the safety of operations for employees and protection of the environment.
- Responsible for the overall financial targets set for the plant & Projects.
- Liaison with external government agencies & NGOs.
Qualification & experience :
Looking for BE(Mechanical) with 14+ yrs. of experience from food industry.
