Deputy General Manager - Project Management (14-20 yrs)
Job Description:-
1. To identify client requirements & specifications and obtaining approvals for all production samples
2. To be involved in costing, sourcing of fabric, accessories, embroidery and packing materials in line with quality and cost parameters.
3. To coordinate between buyers and manufacturers for smooth order execution and handling the entire business cycle.
4. Interdepartmental coordination with production, fabrics, TQM and shipping department to ensure smooth functioning of all production activities.
5. To communicate comprehensive, timely and accurate information about customer projects to external buying offices and internal business units
6. To visit buying houses for business development, project reporting, product and fabric approvals and maintaining fruitful relationships.
7. Participate in project reviews, approvals, and gating processes
8. Deliver an effective and timely schedule of project communications liaising with the relevant buyers and stakeholders including the Communications Team
9. Manage the project management team and provides performance feedback and goal-setting; conducts annual performance assessments and skill development and training
10. Understanding and keeping up-to-date with constant developments in the export industry
